thanks for putting this kind of thing on the interwebs, yale. you do good interview. been an ex-pat from iowa city for too many years now – thinking fellers and bottledog were my local bands of choice back in the day. so delighted to be reminded iowa city and surrounding countryside continues being a vibrant center of beautiful noise as well as a stop for folks like thurston and kim. glad to see gabe’s has stormed back from the grave, too. from portland now, but iowa city will forever be in the heart. thanks for helping me remember why.
