Staff and volunteers of Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity talk about the upcoming Dottie Ray Women Build Groundbreaking Ceremony. Appropriately, the ceremony occurs on International Women’s Day. This third Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity Women Build Project honors Dottie Ray, community leader/volunteer, activist and “the voice of Iowa City radio” for 52 years.
