Ava Su interviews Theresa Carbrey of New Pioneer Co-op about Earth Source Gardens. The organic gardening project is a partnership with Harvest Farm & Preserve. The community garden provides individual/household garden plots to more than 70 members. The gardeners use organic, sustainable methods, to plant annuals, and to share tools, water, compost, and mulch.

Earth Source Gardens is located at the Northeast corner N. Scott Blvd and Rochester in Iowa City.
