Iowa City producer, Ava Su GanWei was recently awarded with a national Hometown Video Award for her video “Lesson 1 in Braille.” The lesson features local members of the National Federation of the Blind of Iowa. In response to her award Ava Su says, “This award should go to the NFB for their hard work in bringing awareness of the blind to the public.”
